Medical Schools

Schools are listed by their most common short-name or abbreviation (eg BSMS for Brighton and Sussex Medical School or Queens for Queens University, Belfast). Please click on a school to find out more about it and the medical courses on offer.

Courses are listed by course code (A100-A106). Not all schools offer all types of courses, and not all course codes mean the same thing! However, A100 (or A106 at Newcastle & Manchester) means the 'bog-standard' medical degree comprising of (at least) 5 years of full time study and culminating in an undergraduate degree (usually MBBS, MBChB or similar).
